1-GENERAL MANAGER/CEO-STRONG IN SALES/MARKETING

SALARY UP TO USD$ 75,000/- PER ANNUM+OTHER BENEFITS.
Location: Upcountry Nigeria
 
Basic Work will include:
1. Field Level coordination and implementation of different projects
2. Quantitative Research and Analysis of Data. Designing Formats & questionnaires
3. Capacity Building of Farmers and Self Help Groups
4. Designing training modules and hand outs
5. Able to do research and analysis and giving trends to Head CRS
6. Regular Monitoring of the work being done and take corrective measures.
7. Support CRS department in Designing Budgets and Proposals
8. Handling field visits
9. Project and Budget Management and Managing and overseeing the Budget and letting the CRS head know of the same
10. Coordinate and organize different trainings on ground and impart training
11. Documentation and reporting
12. Attending the meetings for the department when required
13. Representing TGI in different forums
14. Case studies and other documentation
15. Support CRS in Official Correspondence and documentation and stakeholder management
16. Work to know the new upcoming projects in Nigeria
17. Support in all activities to CRS Head and do any other work assigned by management from time to time.
 
Qualification and Other Requirements
• Background in Social sector and having done studies from institute of repute like XISS, XIM, IRMA etc.
• 5+ years’ experience working with national and international organizations
• Background in organizing trainings and imparting trainings
• Knowledge of Research and Documentation and analysis with software like SPSS etc.
• Liasoning skills
• Experience of managing teams
• Able to mix with people
• Background in IT and MS office required
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of English- Oral & writing skills
• Knowledge of SPSS and other analysis software
• Open to frequent travel in within Nigeria
• Working experience in Nigeria/Africa will be an added advantage
 
NSP USD 1200 (Maximum ) plus standard benefits as per company policy.
Status : Bachelor
 
Additional Benefit : Post a confirmation two free trips from Nigeria to Home Town with 15 days break each.
 
4. For the position of AGM – Warehousing, we are looking for someone with good hardcore warehousing experience (basic warehouses as well as automated warehouses) along with handling of Raw Material & Packing Material. This is a CRITICAL MUST HAVE.  Need to look for candidates who have a vast exposure in not only GH warehousing but raw material & packing material warehousing, technical stores on a large scale.  
Some suggested Indian companies for good warehousing background with scale and complexity – Unilever, Asian Paints, Carborandum, 3M, Tata Chemicals, Future Group, Flipkart, Pharma companies in Baddi area.

5.Head Manufacturing : Suggest should look for candidates who have more experience in operations in factory/manufacturing set up in the  required industry/technical field than in projects.
Our clear target companies are : Coca Cola, Nestle, Mondelez, GSK, Pepsico etcetra.
 
6.Shift Engineer CHI ( Two positions) In addition to the attributes mentioned in the JD, the  key functional expectations of this role are as follows:
Monitor & Improve efficiency, Monitor and Reduce Wastage, Implement LLF(Look, listen & feel), Implement CTLIG( cleaning, tightening, lubrication , inspection and greasing), Adhere & implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance, monitor & reduce total downtime and number of breakdowns, improve on MTTR & MTBF, Reduce R & M cost

7. Finance Manager – Agri Inputs ( Preferably from Edible Oil Companies) ., Lagos, Maximum 2750 USD NSP.

Candidates must be BSC-AGRI graduates and have experience in growing/cultivating GINGER.
Salary usd$ 3000/- per month+naira allowance+accomodation+medical +4 weeks leave and free economy air ticket return to home town each year.

3.Position: CR&S Coordinator
NIGERIA

KEY ROLES / OBJECTIVE (S):

·         Install and maintain complex medical equipment (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Patient Monitoring Systems)
·         Troubleshoot faults on medical equipment 
·         consult with various stakeholders including engineers, customers, management etc on Installation and maintenance of Medical equipment projects and services.
·         Prepare and present engineering solutions for prospective and current clients
·         operate IT based service application software  for diagnoses and troubleshooting  
·         Oversee, Inspect and assess completed installations, to ensure adherence to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
·         Prepare documentation for pre and post installation and maintenance  activities
·         Drive health and safety compliance
·         Keep abreast of developments within the profession and the medical Industry
·         Attend overseas training to develop skill and knowledge
·         any other jobs as may be assigned by the HOD
·         Develop a good working relationship  and effective communication with customers, colleagues, partner organizations

Requirements of the Role

·         At least 5 years post qualification experience  in  medical equipment servicing and installation.
·         B. Sc  Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degree
·         Excellent knowledge of a wide range of medical equipment & devices
·         General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment, electrical and mechanical faults
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
·         Good report writing skills
·         Strong analytical skills.
·         Ability to use hand service  tools, measuring equipment etc
·         Project management experience
·         Good Computer Skills – hardware and software
