Whenever we have uninvited guests at home my Mom used to say "yaha koi langaar thodi laga hai".. Now I understand why she used to say so. We went to Bangla Sahib and had superb langaar over there.
Location: Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Cannaught Place
Langaar timing: don't know exactly but 5:30AM to 11:30PM, it runs for whole day.
Must for langaar: head should be covered, and Wastage is not at all allowed.
Food: hot fresh rotis, one aloo sabzi,, rice and daal (you can have sabzi n rice for once whereas daal n roti have repeats)
Plus point: a nice place to visit, have pond with fishes, holy place and very much liked by the kids.
A very good example of perfect management, serving at least 150 people per 30 minutes.

I was in New Delhi for years and passed through the place innumerable times but sadly missed visiting langaar even once.
