My weight loss story- few easy ways to loose weight

Amit is very much fond of Ayurvedic books. Thus we have huge collection of Ayurvedic books. After referring a number of books I have choose three easiest and quickest way to loose weight. Implemented them for about two months and there results are superb.

Here are those three ways:

1. Mix 1/2 tsp of Honey and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice in Luke warm water and drink it , empty stomach (first thing in the morning)  for two months.

Caution: Don't use it regularly for a longer time period.

2. Heat one glass water in a pan and add 1 tsp Trifla Powder and than rinse it off and drink. You can also add honey to improve its taste. Drink Twice / thrice a day. Not only it will tone up you body but also leads to good skin and hair.

3. In luke warm water add 1tsp Honey , 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 lemon juice. Mix well. Drink twice a day.

Caution: Don't use it regularly for a longer time period.

4. Take 10gms Amla powder with luke warm water in the Morning/ after Dinner.

5. Drink hot water before going to bed.


"In a healthy body resides the healthy soul". So try these points and I am sure you will find positive& remarkable changes in your body.

Weight loss , Part III

let me tell you one funny incident of my fatty healthy days.. Once there was a boy's family who come to see my sister (my sister is about 4 years old than me). Being younger I went to serve the snacks and all.. After seeing me the boy's father slowly exclaimed to my uncle "Don't you think girl is little bit healthy" :P  and my sister was just behind me.


. I felt so ashamed and inclined to loose weight.

Ok.. gone are those days. So if you are also keen to loose weight than these are the few questions that you should answer .

1. What is your target?? means set a target to get slim. I purchase a two size small jeans and decided to get fit into it.

2. Why you want to get slim?? u should know the reason and take it as challenge.

3. how much you love urself?? everything else holds secondary if you are in love with yourself and wants to look better/ smart.

4. Am I satisfied with my looks??

Don't forget in a healthy body resides a healthy soul. If you are fat but active, satisfied and free from diseases that don't worry about others as ultimately its you who is the most important.

Weight loss - Myths, Part- II

You know world is divided among two kind of people. One who are fat and others who are thin. Fat people though happy the way they are  as they can eat anything, suppose to be good humors but these thin people don't like them at all. They always pretend as if  they are superior, advice  and taunt you like anything. huh !!
These are the one who make you eager to lose your weight. Someone like this only motivated me.

First of all lets discuss some myths  associated with weight loss:



1. going to gym.. According to many people Gym is strictly no as people gain weight after this which is 100% wrong..balance well between your diet and exercise and this will never happen.



2. weight training. gals should not do weight training as this can lead to loosing of skin which is also not right. weight training done under instructor's advice may lead to tightening and toning of your body.



3. strict dieting . you should follow strict dieting if you want to loose your weight which is also not true.


4. Avoid eating food you like. Sweets, fried food should be avoided but if you love them like me than what you will do ?? I suggest you to eat  everything but in small portions and once in a fortnight.

Also though I read many articles, blog on weight loss but i am never so good in calculating my calories. So I eat what I like but in small quantity.

My Weight loss story, Part -I

Today I will share my weight loss story which is indeed very influencing..

I have never been a slimy gal. like typical baniya's  love to eat a lot. Nobody will believe when i say few years back I was of around 85+kg.

Reasons for my excessive weight:



1.That mainly due to i was diagnosed with softening of bones due to lack of calcium and other necessary Vitamins in the body. My Ortho prescribed me with heavy diet full of milk, paneer (Cheese) and many tablets.

2. I always used to say I am fat because of my parents because I never saw them very slim types :P

3. lack of exercise and physical movements. I was and am always a very active kid/ lady, so it never bothered me that i should do or I lack physical movements.

4. I am always very fond of cooking and so I of eating. Love to try every new dish and cook fried items.

5. There used to be large number of guests which result in variety of breakfast and large number of tea intake.

6. i love eating outside..fond of  street foods

Problems I faced due to my excessive weight:

1. If you are fat than no one can save you from sarcastic remarks. The worst thing is that even those who are slightly better than you will give you  their expert advises.

2. Even best of dresses look worst on me and could not imagine myself in western dresses ( though i love to wear them).

3. Lack of self- confidence, aloofness

4. Get easily tired .

5. I feel ashamed whenever I have to try some new dresses and that doesn't fits me..:(
