It has been 5 years now, that am in this profession. I must say this is the best profession that suits me. Like every business it too has its pros and cons but still I love to be a consultant. In this profession, you have to evaluate people, their capabilities, the truth behind their words, I love the way people rely on you, the appreciation you get, if you do great job and profits.

- you get to talk to many different peoples.
- obviously you earn depending on your capabilities.
Disadvantage
- Most of the HRs are reluctant to share their requirements.
- Many HRs will expect their margins, can shout at you even they have half knowledge.
- there is lot of competition in this field.
- candidates may treat you as customer care rather than job consultants
- you can expect call anytime even at 2 in the night
- many time candidates wont join the organisation after getting the offer
- or many run before completing the due said period.
- you have to face many lies and requires hell lot of patience.
