Though there are many online job portals but @naukri.com, @timesjobs.com, @shine.com, @monsterindia.com are few who top the list while searching for a job. Here are the few things that should kept in mind while applying job portals:
Profile should be properly completed. Incomplete information about location, contact number, salary, current organization can only be misleading.
If you are eagerly looking for a job change, then at least once in a week you should update your profile.
